What Is Facial Balancing?
Full facial balancing is a non-surgical facial rejuvenation approach that treats the entire face rather than one area at a time.
Your nurse maps your facial muscles, bone structure, and skin texture to identify where volume loss, asymmetry, or fine lines affect your overall facial harmony.
From there, we personalize a combination of injectable treatments to bring your features into balance. Dermal fillers add volume to the cheeks, lips, chin, or jawline.
Neurotoxins like Botox or Dysport soften wrinkle lines and refine movement patterns around the eyes and forehead. For deeper volume restoration, Sculptra stimulates your own collagen production over time.

During your consultation, your RN injector will assess your skin care needs, skin types, and natural features to confirm that this approach to skin rejuvenation is right for you. If a different treatment would deliver best results, we will tell you honestly.
What to Expect
Your aesthetic journey at our Greenwood Village med spa starts with a thorough consultation. Your RN will evaluate your facial structure, discuss your goals, and build a personalized plan with clear pricing before any treatment begins.
On treatment day, most sessions take 30 to 60 minutes depending on the areas treated. We use topical numbing and advanced techniques to keep you comfortable throughout. Your nurse will check in with you at each step and adjust as needed. There is little to no downtime for most patients, so you can return to daily activities the same day. Minor swelling or bruising may appear but typically resolves within a few days. Cold compresses and Arnica can help speed recovery.
Results appear gradually as swelling settles. Most patients see their best results within two to four weeks after filler placement. Sculptra-based treatments continue to improve over two to three months as new collagen forms. Depending on the products used, results can last six months to two years or longer.
Pre & Post Care
Following pre and post care guidelines helps you achieve safe and effective results. Before your appointment, start Arnica Montana tablets 3 to 4 days ahead and avoid blood thinners, alcohol, and NSAIDs. After your session, skip strenuous exercise for 24 hours and stay out of direct sun. For dermal filler treatments, avoid massaging the treated area and increase your water intake to help reduce swelling. Filler takes two to four weeks to fully settle, so be patient with your final results.

Filler-based results typically last 6 to 18 months. Sculptra results can last two years or more because it stimulates your own collagen. Your RN will walk through pricing during your consultation so there are no surprises.
